Pretreatment Auxiliaries
Dai-ichi offers superior auxiliaries for various stages of textile wet processing. Our formulated blends of ethoxylates and other compounds include wetting agents for the mercerization process, ensuring uniform penetration of caustic liquor into cellulosic substrates, which imparts luster and enhances dyeability. Additionally, our APEO-free wetting agents for scour-bleach processes provide excellent absorbency and whiteness to all types of substrates, with low foam properties suitable for high-turbulence machines. We also offer high-performance chelating and dispersing agents that control water hardness, chelate heavy metal ions, and improve the efficiency of bleaching processes. Moreover, our stabilizers for alkaline bleaching ensure efficient peroxide utilization, preventing pinholes and minimizing strength loss in fabrics.
Dyeing Auxiliaries

Additionally, our additives for the dope-dyed process help prevent the clogging of spinnerets, ensuring smoother and more efficient production.
Specialty Finishes for Viscose Filament Yarn

Specialty Finishes for Viscose Staple Fibres
Our fatty nitrogenous derivatives act as fixatives for dope-dyed fibers, effectively preventing any color bleeding. Sizing Agents for Synthetic Yarns
Acrylic copolymer aqueous emulsions are used as synthetic sizing agents for water-jet looms, offering superior cohesiveness and making them suitable for high-density fabrics as well. These emulsions are ideal for polyester texturized yarn, polyester filament yarn, and nylon filament yarn, effectively preventing the occurrence of fabric cracks. They are also compatible with other size additives like waxes and antistatic agents and can be easily removed during subsequent desizing processes.
Specialty Size-bath Additives
Special lubricating waxes and antistatic agents serve as sizing assistants for water-jet and conventional looms. They provide enhanced lubricity, improve fiber-to-metal abrasion resistance, and reduce size shedding. The antistatic agents are particularly effective for warp sizing of man-made and synthetic yarns, preventing the generation of static charges during sizing, warping, and weaving operations, even at very low dosages.
After-Oil Additive for Sized Yarn
